CeramTec-ETEC has got a new Management
As of April 1, 2010 a change in CeramTec-ETEC’s management took place. Dr. Hartmut Krüner was recently appointed Chairman of the Board. A new member of the Executive Board is Dieter Effenberger.

The ceramic/steel ball valve manufactured by CeramTec-ETEC GmbH was nominated for the Design Award 2010 of the Federal Republic of Germany by the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology. Remaining on course for growth – CeramTec AG acquires ETEC
CeramTec and ETEC Gesellschaft für Technische Keramik mbH signed a purchase agreement on Wednesday, October 8th, 2008, finalizing the takeover deal to integrate ETEC into the CeramTec Group, effective November 1st, 2008. This keeps CeramTec on its growth course and extends its business activities into two additional market segments.
