The newly founded “Industrial Ceramics Sales Center” began operations at the end of 2010. The Sales Center brings together CeramTec's consulting expertise in industrial ceramic applications in one sales team. This consolidates experience and knowledge from four of CeramTec's departments that were formerly divided among the business divisions Mechanical Applications and Mechanical Systems and the subsidiaries CeramTec-ETEC and CeramTec Czech Republic.

Each member of the sales staff brings years of experience in industrial ceramic applications and now sells the entire product portfolio covering the divisions Mechanical Applications, Mechanical Systems, CeramTec-ETEC and CeramTec CZ for industrial applications. The sales staff is responsible for designated territories in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and BENELUX and can offer customers products, services and materials from the Plochingen, Lauf, Lohmar and Sumperk sites, giving them the following advantages:
